Fresh Start Properties Limited is located in China and registered in the British Virgin Islands (BVI) . The factory was built in 1997 and occupies 300 acres totally.

We are the first professional manufacturer of natural rubber crepe,(un-vulcanized rubber crepe), and natural rubber soles in China. Good elasticity 、comfort、 shock-proof non-pollution and non-toxicity are the attributes of natural rubber soles. In order to specialize in the development of footwear and improve the field of footwear rubber-sole's manufacturing, we provide additional services, assembly and molding to serve our customers.

We have been continuing the innovation and the quality improvement to meet with our customers' requirements. In the near future, our company will introduce the new product with Shock absorbent Slip resistant flake (manufactured from the shock absorbency rubbers),its function is better than regular vulcanite flake.
As the new product is combined with the traditional natural rubber soles, the defect of the natural rubber sole's will be much improved. The materials of rubber soles must possess the functions of shock absorbent, slip resistant, and elasticity, so it can reduce the shock and impact from the ground. It could avoid feet to bear too much pressure and prevent from the harmfulness caused by the hard soles.
